The Students Representative Council (SRC) of the University of Ghana (UG) has held a vigil night for deceased students who met their untimely death earlier this month.
The two, Pamela Suglo and Lilian Ampofowaah Asiedu both died about the same time earlier this month.[irp posts=”1771″ name=”UG: Pax Romana President, Pamela Suglo Has Passed Away”]
Pamela Suglo, who was a level 400 consumer science student and the local President of the University of Ghana Catholic Church, reportedly passed on after suffering a strange bacteria infection in her ear which gradually affected her brain.
Lilian, on the hand, was among the two Miss USAG contestants who drowned at the Oasis Beach near the Cape-Coast Castle in the Central region during the annual conference of the University Students Association of Ghana (USAG).[irp posts=”1809″ name=”Report: Two Face of USAG Contestants Drowned, One Body Retrieved Dead, Other Body Still Not Found.”]
