North Tongu MP, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has paid final mock fees for all 1,920 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) candidates in his constituency.
Mr Ablakwa also provided mathematical sets for the candidates at Mepe in the Volta Region.
“I also donated graph boards for all 50 Junior High Schools and made a special presentation of laptop computers to the nine top performing schools over the last three BECEs who secured an average of 80% to 98% in an effort to motivate other schools to follow suit,” he wrote on Facebook.

This year, the BECE takes place from June 10 to 14, 2019.
The Ghana Education Service (GES) in February revised the date for the BECE for School Candidates.
The exams had been slated for June 3 to 7 before the date was revised.
