Agogo State College Disqualified From NSMQ 2019

Prime Time Limited, the organisers of National Science and Maths Quiz has disqualified Agogo State College in the Ashanti Region from participating in the 2019 National Science and Maths Quiz, Successafrica.info reports.

In a release signed by the managing director of Prime Time Limited, Nana Akua Ankomah-Asare, Agogo State College has been disqualified for using an unqualified student during the regional contest in the Ashanti Region.

Agogo State is believed to have featured an unqualified student during their regional clash with Tweneboah Kodua SHS, Wesley SHS, Konongo and Gyaama Pensan SHTS.

Primetime reiterated in the statement that it has maintained for the past 26 years a very high standard in fairness and equality in the organization of the National Science and Maths Quiz.

Tweneboah Kodua SHS has therefore been given the nod to participate in the contest after placing second during the regional contest.
