Osei Kyeretwie Senior High School (OKESS) wins Aduman it 5:4 on penalties after a draw game of 1:1. OKESS qualifies to Semi-Finals.

NB: Nketia Baah Christian of Prempeh College goal was later nullified after the school was disqualified from the competition for using an unqualified player.
