Kumasi High School has won this year’s inter schools soccer competition after beating favourites Adu Gyamfi SHS 2:0 in the finals of the competition played at the Baba Yara Stadium today.

National U17 player Christian ‘Benteke’ made the difference as he scored all two goals to emerge joint top scorer with three goals.

Adu Gyamfi SHS were unlucky as they tried unsuccessfully to fight back after conceding an early penalty which was beautifully converted by Benteke.

The KUHIS striker added the second courtesy a beautifully placement after beating his marker in the eighteen yard box.

The KUHIS lads won the trophy without conceding a single goal along the way.

Kumasi High picked almost all the individual awards including Best Goalkeeper, Best player and Best Coach as well as joint Top Scorer awards.
