A woman believed to be in her late 30s has been murdered by unknown assailants at Ahenema Kokoben in the Ahsnati Region.
Reports indicate the incident occurred at the dawn on Tuesday May 14, 2019 close to Asafo Boakye Hospital, a private health facility in the area.
A resident on Kumasi-based Hello Fm as monitored by Successafrica.info revealed the deceased is not known to them and could have been brought to the place by her assailants.
Her handbag and other personal effects were found beside her with traces of blood from her nostrils suggesting she may have been hit by a hard object while struggling with her attackers.
“There was blood stains on her face and I am sure she might have struggled with her killer before passing on” he added.
Police have since conveyed the body from the scene of crime while investigations have been launched into the unfortunate incident.
