Reports reaching our news desk indicate that Management of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology has reportedly set Monday, February 8, 2021, as the date for the arrival of freshers for the 2020/2021 academic year.

Though the university is yet to formally communicate that to students, a document sighted which shows measures put in place to complete the 2019/2020 academic year provides the said date for the arrival of its freshmen.

The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology closed down following the directive of the President of the Republic of Ghana, His Excellency Nana Addo-Dankwa Akufo-Addo as part of measures to curb the spread of the novel coronavirus.

The university as part of measures to ensure academic continuity moved its academic activities to the virtual space. Mid-Semester Examination and End of Semester Examination were taken on the school’s virtual classroom.
