The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) has refuted circulation purported to be from the university about its 2019/2020 academic year admissions.
The University in a release on its official social media platform has clarified that, admissions will be based on merit and available space for programs but not cutt-off points as widely circulated.
It says in the release that the cutt-off points are generated each year after admission to serve as a guide for prospective applicants, parents or guidance in selecting programmes.
It continue to say the cutt-off widely circulated will not guarantee admissions into specific programmes for this academic year.
