The National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS) has deployed a team of volunteers and delivered essential supplies to support students affected by recent floods in the North and Central Tongu districts.

Late yesterday, NUGS President, accompanied by national officers and volunteer teachers, joined the initial team already assisting displaced students in the affected areas. The initiative aims to provide continuity in their education through volunteer teaching and ensure they catch up with the curriculum.

In addition to educational support, NUGS delivered relief items including books, clothes, food, drinks, and stationery. The Union is committed to providing long-term assistance to the affected students and their families during this difficult time.
