Kumasi Technical University Admission Forms for the 2022/2023 academic year have been released. The KSTU Admission form is open for Postgraduate, Degree, Top-Up, Higher National Diploma (HND), Non-HND, Non-Tertiary, and Professional Programmes for the 2022/2023 academic year.
Kumasi Technical University wishes to inform prospective applicants and the general public that Application forms for Admission for 2021/2022 Academic year are on sale.
Before accessing the admission forms, applicants are encouraged to check the cut off point for all HND, Diploma, and Degree courses available at this university.
If your grade qualifies you for a course at this university, you can use the school’s portal to apply for admission.
Basic Entry RequirementÂ
a. WASSCE /SSSCE/GBCE Candidates
Credit Passes (A1-C6 /A-D) in three (3) core subjects including English Language, Core Mathematics and Integrated Science plus credit passes in three (3) related elective subjects.
b. GCE ‘O’ Level Candidates
Five (5) credits including English Language, Mathematics and two (2) elective subjects.
c. Mature Candidates
i) Must be 25 years old with legitimate documentary proof which is at least five (5) years old at the time of application.
ii) Must have at least two (2) years work experience (A letter from employer is required)
iii) Must pass a written examination or show proof of two (2) credit passes in English language and Mathematics in SSSCE/WASSCE or any other nationally recognized standard high school level examinations.
iv) A pass in any two (2) subjects at Senior High School, ‘O’ and ‘A’ levels, GBC, RSAII.
d. HND Candidates
i) Applicants with HND certificate will be admitted to level 300.
e. Advanced Level and Professional Candidates
i. Candidates with part of Professional Certificates with a minimum of Part 1 of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, Association of Certified Chartered Accountants, Chartered Institute of Marketing, Chartered Institute of Bankers, Chartered Institute of Taxation, Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators, London Centre of Marketing, Institute of Commercial Management, the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (Diploma or level 4) etc. may be considered for admission.
ii. Candidates with Teachers’ Certificate ‘A’ and a pass in English, Mathematics and two business related subjects at the GCE ‘O’ level or Senior High School or GBC or RSAII etc may be considered for admission.
iii. RSAIII/ABC holders with passes in at least three (3) subjects may be considered for admission into level 100 or 200.
f. DBS or other Non-Tertiary Diploma holders
i) Candidates with passes in at least four (4) subjects may be considered for admission to level 100 or 200.

- 7. Payment for the application form should be made directly to the already listed sales point.

- Â You can buy the forms directly using Mobile money all networks or any local, international debit or credit card (https://pay.kstu.edu.gh)
- Â Applicants are also required to download and print completed online application form and attach two (2) passport pictures, two (2) photocopies of relevant documents/certificates and payment receipt to be posted to the address below.
- MTech applicants must in addition to the above, attach two (2) referees’ report
