In the final year at the College of Education, collegians are sent on the field to practicalise their teaching skills by studying under Mentors in the various basic schools. This service is to give them the expose of the realities in the classroom management and other eventual challenges and corresponding solutions.
This year isn’t different, as the 2018/2019 year group began their menteeship from last year September and Some are set to bring everything to a close by 2 : 30 pm today and others few weeks after.
The Outfit of TTAG_ASHBA Congratulates all Mentees for a successful out-program as you have endured all the difficult times on the field . We only pray and hope that the knowledge aquired will be effectively applied when posted permanently to your respective Districts.
Morerover, We would want to on records bring to the notice of all final students that posting of newly trained teachers are not any way a part of the Association’s giant responsibilities but the Ministry of Education. That notwthstanding, we have been voted into office to champion the course of all Trainees and Newly Trained Teachers and it is in this regards we will strive to ensure all Newly Trained Teachers postings do not overly delay by liasing with the appropriate quarters.[irp posts=”1405″ name=”Ejisuman SHS: GES Sacks 4 Teachers Over Sexual Misconduct”]
The Association admonishes all Newly Trained Teachers to reason with us and Exercise great delaying gratification when that time is due than the enormous unconstructive lambasting and vilifications.
Also be vigilant as fraudsters will be prevalent during that time in luring you in giving them huge sums of money in the name of aiding you in changing your region or district of postings.
Let’s not be too big in a hurry to forget that the Association stands first, the interest of all Teacher Trainees. We indeed Mean well.
