The Police Prosecutor, Chief Inspector Bernard Paa Ahinsan told the Takoradi court Presided over by His worship Michael Ampadu that suspect Sam Udoetuk couldn’t come to court since he was still serving his eighteen-month prison sentencing for his unlawful escaping from police cell and destruction of public property.

Meanwhile, counsel for the four families whose relatives have been kidnapped, Nana Abakah is appealing to the families to exercise caution and patience since the wheel of justice grinds slowly.
