Kyeremeh Oppong Daniel, commonly known in the political spheres as KOD has from Monday, September 7, 2020, embarked on a sensitization exercise in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.
Delivering on his dedication to educating Primary and Junior High School students on the National Union of Ghana Students, what it accomplishes and embodies, he embarked on a sensitization exercise dubbed, NUGS to the Grassroots.
This he believes is very crucial if the student’s front needs to be reformed as it has been preached by many over the years.
The first phase of the tour has seen schools within and around the Kwabre District visited and enlightened on the Student’s front.
Among the schools which he and his team have visited are Ahwiaa R/C Basic and Junior High School, Glorious Academy, Ahwiaa D/A Basic and Junior High School, Meduma D/A Basic, and Junior High School, and many other schools in the District.
The second phase of the visit is expected to commence this week.
This has not been the only kind gesture expressed by the Secretary for Education, Hopeful.
Not long ago, we reported of his donations to communities and schools in Ghana. It is believed that he spent over Gh¢ 50,000 to procure Nose masks, sanitizers, and sensitized communities on ways to protect themselves against the Novel Coronavirus.
