Ghana Institute of Journalism Begins Academic Registration For 2019/2020

The portal for fresh and continuing students of the Ghana Institute of Journalism to do their academic registration for the first semester of the 2019/2020 academic year has been opened.

Period for normal registration, according to the timetable for the academic year, is from Monday, August 12 to Friday.

Continuing students can only do their academic registration if they have paid at least 60% of the fees.

For fresh students, they would have to pay at least 80% of their fees, before the portal will be opened for them to do their registration.

According to the Students Representative Council of the school, following the numerous challenges that students faced during last year’s manual registration for level 300 and 400 students, management of the Institute have decided to go on with just the online registration.

Lectures for those in the Weekend Graduate School is scheduled for August 30.

For Regular students and weekend diploma and Top-Up students is scheduled for August 26 and August 31, 2019 respectively
